• Correlate and coordinate clinical education with didactic education and evaluate its effectiveness.

• Participate in didactic and/or clinical instruction.

• Support the Program Director to assure effective program operations.

• Participate in the accreditation and assessment processes.

• Maintain current knowledge of the professional discipline and educational methodologies through continuing professional development.

• Maintain current knowledge of program policies, procedures, and student progress.

• Maintain good organization and proficient in Microsoft outlook, shared drives, word, and excel.

• Responsible for maintaining all clinical curriculum assessments and outcomes on our Medhub E-value software platform throughout the duration of the semester.

• Create the clinical rotation schedule and input into E-Value for all students and Clinical Instructor faculty.

• Maintain relationships with all 10 main clinical affiliates including managers and preceptors.

• Maintain daily updates on all student attendance and competencies.

• Review and release weekly and monthly evaluations of students and clinical affiliations.

• Curriculum advising for both level 1 and 2 students.

• Mid-semester meeting with all Clinical Instructors.

• Summer sessions of one day rotations at clinical affiliations meeting with preceptors and students.

• Continual assessment and supervision of E-value throughout both summer sessions.

• Create and submit all schedules and student binders on a shared electronic drive.

• At minimum a bachelor’s degree is required.

• Understanding of curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.

• At least two (2) years’ clinical experience in professional discipline required.

• At least one (1) year experience in clinical or didactic instruction.

• Must hold current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent, in radiography.

• Demonstrated experience teaching diverse student populations preferred.

• Demonstrated experience teaching within a community college preferred.

• Bilingual or other language proficiency preferred.
