The Sales Account Manager position for Presidio's Vista team is responsible for engaging with customers and technology partners to drive business growth. You will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities. A key part of your success will be your ability to manage your accounts with operational efficiency, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions and strong account management practices.</span><span style="color: #000000;">&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>This position is remote, and thus minimal travel is required outside of team events. 10-15% travel.<span style="color: #000000;">&nbsp;</span></p>

<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Customer Engagement &amp; Account Growth:</strong>&nbsp;Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Prospecting New Business:</strong>&nbsp;Identify and engage with prospective customers in target industries, developing new business leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Sales Strategy Execution:</strong>&nbsp;Develop and execute account plans that align with your sales targets and the customer&rsquo;s business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and technology solutions.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Operational Command:</strong>&nbsp;Maintain a strong operational understanding of your accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of services and solutions. Track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and analyze account health.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Collaboration with Partners:</strong>&nbsp;Build and maintain relationships with Presidio&rsquo;s technology partners, such as AWS, Microsoft, and Cisco, to create joint go-to-market strategies and drive value to your customers.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Achieve &amp; Exceed Quotas:</strong> Meet or exceed your assigned revenue targets and customer engagement goals through proactive relationship management and consultative selling</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="color: black;">Required Skills and Professional Experienc<span>e:</span></span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">3-5 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in the technology industry, and experience working with technology partners (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Dell, Microsoft) and leveraging those relationships to drive joint sales opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer retention and new business development.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Strong operational skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts with a focus on efficiency, forecasting, and account health tracking.</span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li>
